Moneda Moves (59): We have a podcast. Let's talk dinero π§.
We have some news, mi gente: Moneda Moves is now a podcast. In 2020, no is immune to the side effects of COVID-19: not physically, mentally and for most, financially. It's as good a time as any to talk Latinos, money and our role in American economy.
You can find us currently on Anchor, Spotify and soon to launch on Apple. I've provided podcast links below, where you will hear us addressing different dinero topics weekly.

In our inaugural episode, we are joined by Jully-Alma Taveras, creator Investing Latina. On her page she shares personal finance tips and her own money experiences. As a contractor in the fashion industry, sheβs lost 50% of her clients. But she has a money plan. She tells us a little more about how she's navigating her finances and how her family coped when they learned her dad was diagnosed with COVID-19.
On her own page, Jully recently spoke with Latinas about how they are spending their stimulus check, which we cover in this episode as well:
And if you're not familiar with Jully's work, I recommend you check her out on Instagram and YouTube. She runs her educational page and blog dedicated to empowering Latinas to invest and take hold of their personal finances. Find Jully at @InvestingLatina.
Listen to the episode and let us know what you think! This is just the beginning, so we want to know -- what money topics do you want to see covered?
